Senior Founder's Associate for Expansion & Growth(m/w/d)

Why this role, now?

KNOWRON is growing fast. As we add customers, the bar we hold ourselves to keeps rising.

We already work with top industrial companies (including DAX40 firms), often in complex, technically demanding environments. Our sales motion has been strongly founder-led so far: close to the market, effective, but tightly bound to the founders.

Now we're looking for you to play a key role in shaping how we scale: campaigns, trade shows, and new niches, with a funnel you build and own yourself.

Your impact at KNOWRON

We believe the biggest challenges of our time, from automation to the energy transition to industrial transformation, will be solved by machines and by the people who install, maintain, and keep them running. KNOWRON builds a mobile AI knowledge platform for exactly these people.

Expansion & Growth will decide our next phase of growth. In this role, you are:

• Owner of our campaigns and trade show motion
• Translator between market, product, and positioning
• Architect of our sales playbook and funnel
• Sparring partner for the founders on offers, pricing, and niche selection

You work hands-on in the market while building the foundations that let new customer acquisition at KNOWRON scale.

What you'll actually do

Market & Pipeline

• You plan and run outbound and campaign motions end-to-end (target lists, sequencing, follow-up, reporting)
• You own our trade show presence (including AMB Stuttgart, BrauBeviale) from prep to follow-up
• You qualify inbound leads and run first calls and demos
• You test new industries and niches in a structured way: hypothesis, offer, price, result

Structure & Scale

• You build a sales playbook that doesn't depend on any one person
• You take on prep for our most important deals (research, customer briefings, proposal materials, one-pagers) and join the key meetings
• You keep HubSpot clean and make the funnel measurable (conversion, land rate, cycle times)
• You feed market feedback back into the product team in a structured way

Collaboration

• You work closely with founders, Customer Success, and Product
• You manage external vendors (Google Ads, content, agencies)
• You actively shape what Expansion & Growthat KNOWRON looks like, today and a year from now

AI-first, in our own sales motion too

We build AI, and we use it ourselves, constantly. GenAI tools are part of daily work here: research, customer analysis, content, proposal prep, process automation, and product development.

Our conviction: GenAI will change more in the next few years than the previous twenty. Research, personalization, qualification, and content will soon take a fraction of the time they used to. Whoever masters that is playing a different game than classic sales organizations.

That's exactly what you need to be excited about. We're looking for someone who tries new tools immediately, builds their own workflows, automates, and pushes us technically in return. As an AI company, we're the ideal place for that: short decision paths, no IT approval loops, and a team that holds itself to the same standard.

Who we're looking for

Not everything needs to be a perfect match. The overall profile matters more.

Must-haves

• 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, go-to-market, or business development, at least some of it in a complex/technical sales environment
• Fluent German (the language of our customers) and strong English
• Class B driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within DACH (trade shows, customer visits, plant tours)
• Demonstrated experience setting up campaigns and funnels yourself, not just working leads someone else built
• Genuine enthusiasm for GenAI and a willingness to rebuild your own workflow around it
• Solid technical understanding and a real interest in industrial processes
• Hands-on mentality: you execute yourself
• High degree of self-direction: you don't need an existing playbook, you write it

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally early-stage
• Industry knowledge in manufacturing, machinery, service, or production
• Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, Jira, or similar tools
• Experience using trade shows as a sales channel
• Built your own automations or AI workflows in a sales context
